Since its opening in January of this year, Little Miracles Medowie childcare center has quickly grown. Catering for Sixty-one children—aged 6weeks to 6 years—each day and every child receives the benefits of Little Miracles 15-year experience in early education. Medowie childcare has even welcomed some chickens and a beautiful calf to the center, making outdoor play and learning much more fun.

Medowie childcare specializes in their Loving Literacy program which is a holistic way of engaging children with early literacy experiences through reading, speaking and listening, songs, drama and early writing skills through various activities and games. The program also includes the Free Book program which gives each child a free book every month to foster their love for reading at an early age.

The School Readiness program starts from the very first day, regardless of the child’s age. Through the program, the children learn beyond studying letters and numbers—they are taught valuable social and emotional skills, effective communication skills, self-help, independence and confidence. They also offer the Flying Start program which is a more specialized program offered to children entering Kindergarten.
